ANSWER: For ideal results, GF recommends applying finish with a spray gun and putting your project on a rotating lazy susan. GF's Milk Paints, Water Based Top Coats, Water Based Wood Stains and Professional Products can all be sprayed.
Spraying can be helpful on chairs and smaller items of furniture because of the spray gun's ability to achieve a smooth finish in edges, nooks and crannies and especially on the spindles of chairs.
To make this process easier, GF recommends placing your project on a Lazy Susan.
