It's that time of the week again! Woodworker Wednesday, where we showcase noteworthy woodworkers, carpenters, and furniture makers in an effort to bring more awareness and appreciation to the art and craftsmanship of woodworking. This week, we're thrilled to feature furniture artisan and hand tool aficionado Scott of Scott Meek Woodworks! His passion for hand tools led Scott to specialize in crafting exceptional wood body planes and offer classes to teach those ambitious woodworkers out there how to craft their own!

With a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and tradition, Stephen combines a high level of technical skill with a natural affinity for combining diverse wood types and processes in order to create stunning one-of-a-kind pieces.

Happy Woodworker Wednesday! This week features resourceful, talented, and hard-working Anne Briggs Bohnett of Anne of All Trades, LLC!

Anne shares, "I took up woodwork and restoring old tools. That hobby has turned into an obsession. I spend much of my time thinking about how I can get better, about new things I can make, and about new books I have to read... In a society dominated by selfishness, consumerism and waste, I am doing my very best to become a producer and recycler and general good citizen of this earth."

We can't get enough of his stunning Roorkee Chairs! You may know Jason from #handtoolthursday, the tag he started on Instagram, and his collaborations with Anne of All Trades, LLC.

On Wednesdays, we do woodworking! This week's feature is Keira James of Meraki Furniture, a dedicated and passionate furniture designer and maker.

She says, "I always wanted to make furniture... For some reason I loved the idea of it, and my mind kept going back to it. For no apparent reason, I wanted to make furniture... I jumped with both feet into the unknown, and it's shaping up to be one of the best decisions of my life. Spend time thinking about what your passion is, you only get one life to live so make sure you spend it doing what you love."

US Veteran Juan Baret has hit it out of the park with Baret Bats, a startup specializing in handcrafted custom baseball bats! A true inspiration, Juan takes the time to craft each bat for his clients, with his care and attention to detail is apparent in each project.
